NSI also works closely with the clubs and coaches to manage the athlete's development as a player, and to schedule the monthly skills sessions with specialist consultants.

NewBridge Sports Institute has engaged with highly experienced national and provincial coaches, consultants and specialists to help develop key sport- and position-specific skills.
These skills sessions are hosted monthly at each affiliated club, and are designed to enhance and expand the clubs' coaching offering – and also to expose NSI athletes to the expertise, wisdom and insight of the best people in sport.
